Here are some answers to the most common questions we at FIS receive.
Do you give flow test results with the injectors?
We not only test once, but twice. First we test the injectors as they arrive to detect or confirm any problems. Especially if an engine has been damaged, we would like to see if an injector was the root cause. All injectors are returned with a printed flow sheet detailing all tests and the results. Extra copies of the sheets are available upon request, and free of charge.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
We generally ship USPS, but we also accommodate international shipping.
Can I bring my injectors in personally?
Yes! Injectors can be dropped off and picked up at our address. Due to the heating that takes place during the cleaning process, cooling is required between each cleaning step as well as evaporation of test fluid prior to packaging. Because of this, cleaning/testing while you wait is not generally possible, but we will make special accommodations as needed.
