Ultrasonic Cleaning
We utilize 2 different ultrasonic cleaning baths. First we clean the outside externally with the O-rings removed to ensure a clean and proper sealing surface. Secondly we use a high powered tank that actuates the injector as the ultrasonic cleaning action penetrates contaminates on the tip, pintle and inside the injector. Afterwards we flush loosened particles and replace the filters (if equipped with filters).
